28 cards are dealt face down to form a pyramid, with the rest of the 52-card deck placed to the side (the stock). Removing pairs of exposed cards from the base of the pyramid adds up to 13. Aces are worth 1, Jacks are worth 11, Queens are worth 12. Kings are worth 13 and can be played individually. You can draw cards from the stock to match them with any of the exposed cards.
